- 2 Therapy rooms set in the heart of Putney within a well established dental practice and surrounded by other medical/ cosmetic centred establishments. The dental practice is relocating to its new home on the Upper Richmond Rd and is currently under construction to turn it into a state of the art facility. As part of this two therapy rooms are being built with air conditioning/ heating and a sink, wifi, intercom and phone and storage. There is an associated waiting area and shower and changing room facility's. One of the rooms has access to outside space. The rooms are a blank slate and decoration and furnishings could be discussed with the incoming tenant.
