I am an integrative psychological therapist, tailoring my approach to suit the needs of the individual.  My experience over the last 30 years is varied, involving work in the field of mental and physical health in the UK, Oman, and India.  I worked for the Adult Psychological Service of Cumbria Partnership NHS Trust for 14 years and have managed an independent practice since 2010.  My practice is informed by wide experience and a broad theoretical knowledge, effective for problem management, personal development, and the treatment of psychological problems.
