I provide private and confidential counselling and psychotherapy in Belfast. I offer a safe comfortable place to explore he uncomfortable, to learn what lies behind current thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and collaboratively we develop solutions and healthier coping strategies. I work with individuals and couples. Reduced rates are available for students, the elderly and for those on benefits. Reductions are also available for those requiring longer term work.
