South Downs Osteopathy is a small, friendly osteopathic practice based in Brighton & Hove and run by Ross Skilton. Our clinics at 40 Wilbury Road, Hove, and Preston Park Station, Brighton are open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. We can also offer out of hours appointments (early mornings from 8am, evenings until 10pm and some weekends) and home visits (see contact section of our website for opening times).
Osteopaths’ patients include the young, older people, manual workers, office professionals, pregnant women, children and sports people. Patients seek treatment for a wide variety of conditions, including back pain, repetitive strain injury, changes to posture in pregnancy, postural problems caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and minor sports injuries.
